FAQ
Can I upgrade from Free to a paid plan?
Yes, anytime. As soon as payment completes, your new plan’s monthly allowance and limits (such as video length) apply. Unused Free-plan runs are not carried over.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Use “Change plan” on your account page (it opens Stripe’s management page). Any price adjustment follows what is shown on the Stripe page.
Do you support invoicing for companies?
Studio plan and above. Please contact us.
